Kings Cut Gents Salon has been shaping JVC's gents since 2017 — one honest haircut at a time.

Jumeirah Village Circle was still half building site when Kings Cut opened its doors inside Burj Residence. The idea was simple and old-fashioned: bring proper barbering — the kind you grow up with, where the barber knows your name and your cowlick — to a brand-new neighbourhood full of people far from home.
That meant no conveyor-belt haircuts. Every guest gets a consultation first, because a fade that suits one head shape ruins another. It meant investing in the boring things: sterilisers, fresh linen, quality blades, proper lighting. And it meant learning both traditions — the crisp modern skin fade and the classic straight-razor shave — so we could give either one properly.
Eight years later the regulars are the proof. Gents who book the same chair every fortnight. Grooms who come in the morning of the wedding. Dads bringing sons for a first haircut. The wall behind chair one says it best, and we meant it as a working philosophy rather than décor: life isn't perfect, but your hair can be.
Kings Cut opened with a single barber, a borrowed mirror and one promise: nobody leaves the chair unhappy. Word travelled the JVC blocks faster than any advertising could.
Ramadan and Akram joined, bringing classic Levantine barbering — straight razors, hot towels, patient line-ups — to a neighbourhood that was growing just as fast as we were.
We expanded to a full salon: dedicated colour and treatment stations, a facial corner, and a waiting area where karak is always on. The slogan went up on the wall and stayed.
A 4.9 rating on Google, regulars who book the same chair every fortnight, and fathers bringing sons for their first fade. Still the same promise, just more chairs.
Every cut starts with a conversation and ends with a mirror check. If it isn't right, we keep going.
Fresh capes, sanitised tools and single-use blades at every chair — no exceptions, ever.
Karak, espresso and a seat that never feels rushed. You're a guest before you're a customer.
We'll tell you when a style won't suit your hair — and suggest the one that will.

Ramadan, Akram and the Kings Cut barbers are in the chair seven days a week until midnight. Message us and we'll pair you with the barber who suits your hair.
